The Director supervises the on-the-ground Career Pathways Navigators located at the AJCs, provides external relations support to the One-Stop Operator department, and connects scaleLIT’s Digital Literacy efforts to the network. This presentation focuses on the importance of developing deep relationships, being knowledgeable, and maintaining strong communication to improve service integration.
